Marketing has several E-Blasts send out at various times. These normally need to be up quickly. 

They will put a ticket into Freshdesk


Steps to doing a E-Blast

    • open uat admin (http://uat-spector1.nextmp.net/en/ash/admin)

    • go to spectorandco > E-Flyer

    • look for the eflyer section and copy the old eflyer and edit its content for the new eblast

    • do the same for all languages 

    • FTP - Get the folder location of the flyer assets and upload the new ones (live only).

        ○ Link UAT assets to Live images so you don't have to upload twice.

    • Ask Marketing to verify in UAT



    • Once verified and on the date for launch

    • open live admin (http://spector1.nextmp.net/en/ash/admin)

    • go to spectorandco > E-Flyer

    • when updating on live admin, make sure your IP is whitelisted on sucuri.net or saving will fail

copy the content from UAT admin and paste it to Live admin
